The Vista Compatible version of Homesight has been released


Version 2.6.18 of the Motorola Homesight software has now been released in the UK. This version adds support for Windows Vista.

The software can be downloaded from the myhome247 Download section

Note that with this version you will be able to add Panasonic BLC-1 and BLC-10 IP cameras to you Homesight system in conjunction with your existing Homesight Cameras.

XG1000 Gateway Now Available in the UK


The new XG1000 standalone gateway is now available from our online store. This fully-featured and sophisticated gateway does not require the use of a PC to operate and in conjunction with one of our remote service accounts, will allow you to monitor your home at anytime, from a Internet and Java enabled device.



With the XG1000 as the backbone, you the customer, get to decide what functions you would like your Home Automation System to perform. The X1000 is programmable via easy to define macros, so you will have the ability to set the system to your exact specifications.

The XG1000 is compatible with the following devices:

XWT380E Module has been successfully tested in the UK!


Reduce your gas and electric bills by installing a Myhome247 XWT380E Thermostat to your system controller. The new XWT380E Wireless Central Heating Controller has successfully been tested in the UK and should be available for purchase from our website in the 1st week of March '07. If you are interested in the product please leave a post, telling us what you think. We can address any questions that you may have about the product.
This unit can be installed as a DIY product, however we strongly recommend that a qualified electrician undertakes the installation. We are currently looking for independent electrical contractors who are willing to join our approved contractors list in carrying out these works. If you are interested please post a reply.

New Version of Homesight Released


Version 2.6.15 of the Homesight software was released yesterday. In order to update your software please click on Start - All Programs - Motorola Homesight - Motorola Homesight Software Updates A download version is available from http://www.myhome247.co.uk/download/hs.zip. The new version has added support for Panasonic IP cameras as well as the soon to be released IPC1000 IP camera.
Please note that users who are running Microsoft Windows Vista will not be able to install this software.
